About us
NGO TV is a dedicated channel, which endeavours to promote global awareness on Environment, Health, Human rights, Education, Youth Development, Animal/Wild Life, International Aid, Children, Elderly, Homeless, Disability, Religious, Arts, Culture, Heritage, Sports, Poverty, Unemployment, Business, Development, Critical documentary, protest reports, animations, interviews, News, etc. Promoting the voluntary sector to initiate and to come forward on issues through this united platform.
These documentaries/programmes will give a voice to communities and provide a reality behind the mega-projects and economic policies promoted with public money and advertisements to ‘help the poor’ and conserve the environment, Giving the viewers an insight to dedicated information about the work of charities/Ngo’s to critical analysis, street protests and civil society campaigns for transparency, accountability that rarely reach their interested audience.
Showing of documentaries and films is a fantastic way of showing the progress of the projects and has a really big impact when it comes to raising awareness, or even funding support.
We believe that this would give charities a chance to tell the world about what they do and about the personalities that inspire behind the scene. Those who take action on the causes and issues that matter and who makes it possible. Without their contributions, life for millions would be infinitely more desperate. The people who work for these organizations often do so with little desire for recognition or reward, but they have reason to be proud of their contributions and should take the opportunity to acknowledge their achievements.
It will also enhance your thought and make you think again about the world we live in.
NGO TV is proud to offer this unique role and is here to deliver your expectations. We want to offer educational value and make a worthwhile contribution. We believe our audience will look to us for a high standard of presentation, programmes, news and interaction and we aim to deliver this with skill, authority, impartiality and creativity.
